We're a creative digital agency based in Leeds and Wakefield, and we've been building websites, brands and digital experiences since 2007. We're a small agile team of designers, developers, videographers and copywriters, all in-house, all working together on every project. No sales reps in fancy suits. No account managers who don't know your project, just the people who actually do the work.
The team you see on this page. We don't have a new business team that wins work and hands it over to people you've never met, the people you talk to in the discovery call are the people who design, build and manage your project. Michael and Ash lead on digital and technical work, Sam leads on design, Tom handles frontend development, Stephen covers video and photography, and Lauren handles copy. You'll know who's responsible for what from day one.
We'll set up a shared project space on our portal, create a project timeline wand keep you updated at each milestone. We use tools like Slack where it suits the client, or straightforward email where it doesn't. The goal is that you always know what's happening and what's coming next, without it becoming another thing on your to-do list.
It's completely up to you. Most of our projects are managed remotely and work brilliantly that way, we share everything clearly, run video calls at key stages, and make sure nothing is lost in translation. If you're based in Wakefield or Leeds and prefer face-to-face, we're always happy to meet at either of our studios. Some clients like a mix; others we've never met in person and that's worked fine for years.
The core of the team has been together for a long time, several team members have been with us for over a decade. That kind of continuity is important for clients, when someone understands your business, what decisions were made along the way, and why things are the way they are, it saves time and avoids repetition.
